Who: It guy William Kelly hosts! Why it’s hot: Watch out Vh1, it’s the fabulous life of…some of Chicago’s hottest luxurists. Not to mention, Chicago is the first city where the show will launch before it goes nationwide. Where to Watch: UPN on Thursdays late night at 12:30 am. The show kicks off an 8-week preview beginning Thursday, November 24, as a prelude to a full season run Spring 2006.
