Chicago: With Easter just around the corner, several Chicago-area restaurants have announced their Easter Sunday Brunch menus to celebrate this time-honored holiday tradition. Ranging from a decadent prix-fix brunch (or dinner) available at four-star Italian eatery Spiaggia, to more traditional home-style brunch offerings at Bucktown-based Meritage, the following Chicago dining establishments will undoubtedly make Easter Sunday the perfect occasion to bring family and friends together.

Bin 36’s Easter Sunday brunch will feature a create your own omelet station, pancakes, waffles, eggs benedict, assorted salads, artisanal cheeses, roasted prime rib of beef, honey-citrus glazed ham, fresh baked breakfast breads, and sumptuous desserts galore. Executive Chef Dominique Tougne’s Easter brunch menu features succulent savory dishes New Orleans-style such as: Voodoo Eggs, scrambled and roasted with Andouille sausage, spinach, Pommes Rôtie, and Creole sauce ($10.95); Duck Hash, topped with mashed potatoes, poached eggs and port wine sauce ($12.95); and Ham and Asparagus Frittata, baked in Bistro 110’s wood burning oven with Gruyere cheese and truffle cream ($14.75). Dine’s Easter Sunday prix-fixe brunch buffet offers guests a variety of sweet and savory brunch favorites such as: an omelet station; waffles; French toast and pancakes; scrambled eggs; bacon; sausage; potato hash or regular hash browns; smoked salmon with bagels; assorted breakfast pastries and a fresh fruit display. For the first time in years, Chicago’s four-star Spiaggia restaurant will open its doors on Easter Sunday for both brunch and dinner. Chef/Partner Tony Mantuano and Executive Chef Missy Robbins are pleased to offer decadent three and four-course menu options from the restaurant’s luxurious Italian menu. Coupled with Spiaggia’s elegant views of Oak Street Beach and Michigan Avenue, there will be no better place to celebrate with friends and family. Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; three-course menu, $65; four-course menu, $95. Dinner is served from 5 to 8 p.m.; three-course menu, $95; four-course menu, $115. Reservations are highly recommended. Wine pairings are available. All menus are exclusive of alcohol, tax and gratuity.

Cafe Spiaggia, Spiaggia's more casual counterpart next door, will also be open and serving its regular a la carte menu. Hours are 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch, and 5:30 to 9 p.m. for dinner.

Although known for its mouth-watering sushi and colorful maki rolls, SUSHISAMBA rio is expanding its palette by creating a new family-style brunch menu that includes Continental, Brazilian and Japanese breakfast selections.
