For the first time in years, Chicago’s four-star Spiaggia restaurant will open its doors on Easter Sunday for both brunch and dinner. Chef/Partner Tony Mantuano and Executive Chef Missy Robbins are pleased to offer decadent three and four-course menu options from the restaurant’s luxurious Italian menu. Coupled with Spiaggia’s elegant views of Oak Street Beach and Michigan Avenue, there will be no better place to celebrate with friends and family. Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; three-course menu, $65; four-course menu, $95. Dinner is served from 5 to 8 p.m.; three-course menu, $95; four-course menu, $115. Cafe Spiaggia, Spiaggia's more casual counterpart next door, will also be open and serving its regular a la carte menu. Hours are 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch, and 5:30 to 9 p.m. for dinner.
