FASHION SHOWS > The Color of Fashion 2002

The Color of Fashion featured the colors of the world August 17th, 2002. This fashion show is unique because it is the first of its kind in Chicago where the designers, models and producers are a person of enthicity, coming from countries, such as Japan, Cuba, Mexico, South Africa and Taiwan.

The main focus of this event was to give exposure to minority fashion designers in Chicago. This type of fashion show was long overdue. There was some tremendous talent at the show that is sure to catch on in the fashion world. The goal to inspire trendseekers, individualism and to be different and make a difference truly hit home.
