Gen Art’s Fresh New Faces - Chicago
Debutante-types with their Louis Vuitton’s in hand got a
chance to view some of the hottest up-and-comers when Gen Art presented
Fresh New Faces for the first time in Chicago on November 13, 2003.
It was everything you would have expected from a big show –
top fashion reporters, a beautiful audience filled with true VIP’s
and designers from Louis Verdad (who has dressed Madonna and Jennifer
Lopez) among others, to Milly by Michelle Smith (who has costumed
the best of the best including Kristen Davis on Sex in the City,
Jennifer Aniston on Friends, Gwyneth Paltrow in Shallow Hal), to
name but a few.
Another new face, Chicagoan Calvin Tran of Sac Boutique, has been
internationally recognized in publications such as Women’s
Wear Daily, Lucky and Cosmopolitan. More designers on the must see
list include Doris Ruth, Kamkyl, Marie Galvin, Molly Holtzer and
Theresa Buffo. And, lucky for you, Factio Magazine brings you Factio
TV – our very first ever fashion show that makes you feel
as if you were there. Check out the fashions now.
