The first annual America's Latino Beauty Congress is a annual
event sponsored by the Cosmetologos Latinos y Cosmetologist
Chicago. The event was held at the Chicago Marriot with a fashion
show of great Latin Fashion designers from Chicago, Miami, New
York and much more. Following the show were presentations by
professional hair stylists showing the latest trends for hair
while inspiring the Latin community of Chicago.
