Christian Siriano Collaborates with Spiegel

On April 4th, American women’s fashion company Spiegel will launch the Christian Siriano Dress Collection.

This is a treat, as we just saw and loved his latest collection for fall 2011 during New York Fashion Week. Spiegel has been a women’s fashion company for over 125 years and has helped women with the wardrobe, accessories and home design. For their spring/summer 2011 collection, Spiegel wanted a fashion designer to create a special collection of dresses that would fit all their signature designs and any occasion. They’ve decided to go with former Project Runway winner Christian Siriano after watching his first NY Fashion Week show. Siriano designed eight dresses, a tailored suit, a jacket and a shawl for Spiegel’s exclusive collection. Each look was created for a different occasion including something for the office, something for a date and an evening gown. The collection’s signature dress is a black tie mini with cascading ruffles.
