The second night of Fashion Focus was a smashing success as local colleges and universities showcased their talent for fellow fashion obsessed Chicagoans.
Students from the Illinois Institute of Art, Columbia College, The School of the Art Institute and International Academy of Design and Technology put on a fantastic show filled with everything from tailored dresses to avant-garde couture. The crowd particularly enjoyed Alexis Aprati’s line of neutral and tailored ensembles and Fratey Le's stunning neon woven dresses. Chicago's finest were out in their best to celebrate fashion and enjoyed hors d'oevres and sipped on cocktails in anticipation for what the inspired students were about to debut. It was clear that these young designers have a successful future and we are excited to watch them make a name for themselves. - Jordan Harness
