Design mogul, Ralph Lauren, paired up with Esquire Magazine to host a cocktail party in Chicago at the Ralph Lauren Store. The party, on August 15th, was to celebrate their three players: Davis Love III, Jonathon Byrd, and Luke Donald. The Ralph Lauren Polo team played in the 88th PGA Championship during August 17th through August 20th at the Medinah Country Club. A fabulously fun night of 300 plus guests came to shop and to meet the Polo Golf Professionals, Love III, Byrd, and Donald, a Chicago local favorite because he graduated from Northwestern University and now resides in Chicago. All the players were fashioned with Ralph Lauren looks to help endorse the well-known powerhouse designer. Many of the guests were top members of the Medinah Country Club, PGA invitees, supporters of the Western Golf Association, as well as representatives of the affiliated charity of the event. The Evans Scholars Fund, which provides scholarships for golf caddies and Luke Donald’s charity of choice, was given a percentage of the proceeds from all sales.
