Malin+Goetz = Brilliance
About two years ago Matthew Malin and
Andrew Goetz started up their beauty line in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood, Los Angeles and London. Finally, the women of Chicago can join the party as Malin+Goetz have emerged to high-end salons and boutiques such as Barneys Co-Op on Halsted, Barneys on Oak St. and Aaron Salon in Bucktown. The idea is simple: a two part system designed for face, body and hair. Malin says the idea came about because, “Malin is dry, Goetz is oily. So we wanted to find a product that we could both use.” Malin stresses that their product is all about taking the
traditional idea of apothecary and updating it with a modern spin.
