Diego Rocha, the Brazilian born handbag designer started out crunching numbers in the financial field in Sao Paulo,
before realizing his dream of being a handbag designer. He then moved to New York to perfect his craft before
coming to Chicago. “I am amazed about being a designer in Chicago. I confess in the beginning I was a little afraid that my handbags wouldn’t fit in, but of course it happens to everyone who comes to a different city that starts their own
business. I have been so well accepted and I feel people love my work, so the product fits perfectly and I am getting more freedom to create new pieces,” Diego tells us.

The collection of Latin inspired handbags carry hip names like Loo-Loo Gazelle, Bossa Nova, Amazon Le Sac and “D” Clutch. When you’re carrying around a handbag made out of anaconda embossed leather, there is no question that you will turn heads.
