Joynoëlle
Macy’s on State Street welcomed Minneapolis –based designer Joy Teiken on Wednesday, June 20 for an out of the ordinary trunk show. Featuring a collection of one-of-a-kind and limited edition coats, dresses, and gowns the showed Chicagoans a peak at Teiken’s signature line,
Joynoëlle.
Inspired by classic lines, fabulous fabrics, and playful details, Teiken’s ready-to-wear, demi-couture, au courant, and bridal lines (dubbed as “wearable couture”) offer one-of-a-kind or limited run garments to the woman who is looking to wear something special.
“A finished Joynoëlle product is a celebration of the female form, one that follows her curves and makes her look stunning. It’s for people who want something special, original. Something that brings attention,” Teiken has explained.
The designer was on hand June 20 to
assist Chicago shoppers with their selections and discuss the design of custom-made garments from a selection of the finest new and vintage fabrics and styles.
Sine her debut in 2002, Teiken continues to create beautiful, feminine garments that showcase a woman’s best features and the designer’s trunk show displayed just that to the specially dressed Chicago women.
